Md. Abdul Hakim:
 My 18 moth Princess just diagnosed Hb E/ beta thalassemia. Her hb electrophoresis result are given below.  
Hb A =5
Hb F =49.4
Hb E = 21.1
Hb A2 =3.5
Hb level = 8.3 g/dl
My baby is fine, health and dinamic also. No tiredness are found yet. She was suffering from fever and cold when her hb test was done. Please help me to remove some panic confusio.
1. Is  any transfusion required now?
2. What is Hb F stand for? Is it good for bad?
3. Is it thal major or intermediary?
4. What we will done?
