Review- Life Extension 500mg magnesium caps

I like Life Extension products, we have had good results with the B-Complex and methylfolate but the magnesium was not suitable for my teenager. It kept her up for 30 hours. Blue Bonnet’s and Now’s calcium, magnesium, zinc and D3 combination is better suited for her.
