I have made a small adjustment to mumtaz's notification settings as I think the replies are not being easily found by mumtaz. Hopefully this will help get the info across.
I also have no problem with posting more than once as long as it doesn't get too repetitive. We are here to help and that should be foremost on our minds.

You're right. Patience is so important. I answer the same questions 100 times and happily so. It would be easy to just say go read all the posts because it's been answered before but what harm is done by greeting every question with a sincere reply? I'll just answer again for the 101st time if needed. :wink

I agree with everyone, but when a person pastes the same message in every different (sometime irrelevant) forum, that gives the perception that we are not answering him and he continues on posting and thinks that we don't reply and gets dis-hearted.
There may be a possibility that he didn't get the replies due to technical reasons like Andy said. In that case please ignore my comment; otherwise let's be patient in receiving reply to our first query.
