L-carnitine is an amino acid that is readily found in health food stores and from mail order vitamin companies. Extending the life of red blood cells is so important that anyone with a blood disorder that destroys their red cells prematurely, should consider all methods to keep their RBC's healthy.

Next week i have app. with Priya´s Hemo and i will ask him to start with L-carnitine. I hope that will help her.

Manal : I just want to ask whether you have started new treatment for your son and if so, Pls. Keep us updeted  how he is Doing with his new treatment.

Dear Harminder

Actually, i didn't start yet, but hopefully i will by the end of next week. The reason for this delay is that i only got 70% of the medicine and the rest will arrive with a friend coming from Germany. These medicines i  cannot get through shipping companies because that is not allowed so i have to find someone who is coming from Germany to bring them with.

Now i am giving Ahmad the hydra day after the other until we start and i made him a CBC last week and his HB was 7.1 but what worried me was that his white blood cells dropped to 4,100

Anyway i will update you with all the details
