Hi Alexi,
Your tests are consistent with beta thalassemia minor.
Hb Gold refers to a newer test using an automated hemoglobin analyzer that is very accurate and can quickly differentiate between alpha and beta thal trait. I haven't found any information on what Hb-GOLD: 27.8 c . OFF means.

Alexi,
One thing you might want to make sure is, if and when you plan for your life partner - Get your partner tested for Thal.
Screening for Thalassaemia is a scientific way of checking the suitability of a partner. And even if one knows that the partner has Thal(minor), they can plan accordingly. When two Thal(Minor)s get married and plan for a child, there are 25% chance of having a child with Thal(Major). It is preferable to get tested for Thal(Carrier) any time before marriage but certainly before conception.
Good Luck
