Will very much appreciate to get advice on consumption for Thal.

HI Mishra,
I ran into this post tonight and realized it hadn't been answered.
This supplement looks very good except for the iron content. If it can be found without the iron, it would be recommended. Although 1.2 mg is not a high dose, it is iron that a thal shouldn't be adding to the body.
