what is exzjade is this injection i am silky from nagpur i am thalassaemia and diabeties patient 19 yrs old plz tell  My ferritin was overloaded so much my spleen was also big i am not taking kelfer because my joins are paining so please tell me that exzjade help me to remove iron from body and after eating exzjade my spleens become normal as all people i am so worried i also have diabeties so how to maintain two disease

Hi Silky,

Exjade is an oral chelating drug. It is very expensive and isn't available in India yet.

Can you try a lower dose of kelfer? You need to use something. It is very important. Can you take desferal?
