Dear All
The bio chemist test of my daughter revealed that her ALT is 262. She has been taking Exjade for 2 weeks and we are wondering if the increase is caused by Exjade? We have not seen any side effect todate. We have not receive the lastest Ferittin result but we will keep you all updated.
Thank you.

Hi Omega,
I have heard of this happening before and the patient stopped exjade for a short time and then started again at a lower dose and slowly worked up to a high dose. Her serum creatinine levels should also be regularly monitored.
