Hi everyone,
While reading through the posts I found that wheatgrass is recommended for all thal(minors, intermediate and majors).
There was something which I read: Wheatgrass is beneficial because it increases hbf production.
In case of minors without hbf, will the intake of wheatgrass lead to hbf production?

Wheatgrass has been shown to induce fetal hemoglobin in many thals but not all. However, even those with no increase in Hb, report more energy and better immunities. It has strong antioxidant properties and has a long anecdotal history of being a blood builder. Unlike many so called "fad" remedies, wheatgrass has stood the test of time. This is why I recommend it for all thals, minor through major.
