Hi Andy
I think that we should put a standard protocol for thal patients, please check it in terms of dosage for adults and children. I know we have a detailed one but i think this is a summary for it
1- Multivitamin (with no iron and no more than 250mg of Vitamin C)
2- L-Carnitine (5 days a week and dosage according to weight)
3- Folic Acid
4- Antioxidant (Vitamin E, Curcumin, N-Acetyle Cytosine, fermented Papaya Preparation (FPP) or all togather)
5- Magnisium, calcium, zinc, Vitamin D, Vitamin B complex ( thal need higher amounts of these more than found in multivitamins and still these are subject to regular testing)
6- HB inducers (wheatgrass, resveratrol, carao, aloe vera,....)
7- Anticogulante for Intermedias

Thanks for sharing this information!!
Can we list these supplements as Mandatory and Good to have? and we can probably add wheat grass as good to have. Also, can we have recommended doses wrt age/weight?
