Maako,

Thank you so much for posting this - this lecture sounds much like an appointment with Dr. Vichinsky!  He actually gives some of these examples during appointments.  It is good to have this information accessible because sometimes you forget some of the items he discusses. 

I think that we should have every new member view these - although they can be overwhelming at first - as you watch the lectures and slides you begin to relax because you are told that much of the negative consequences are preventable.
