Thank you for all the Bday wishes!!!! I am sorry, but I gotta go now. The first guests *(the one who organise the party too) will arrive in an hour so I better have to run to finish in time. Today we celebrate my birthday plus three others for our family and some of my friends. I will return to you all on Thursday, because college restart tomorrow... :hugfriend

Post by: Dori on April 21, 2009, 07:59:46 PM: My apologies for not being here on time. I have been exhausted, mentally exhausted, and I could not get myself in front of the pc to type something to you. However, I have been here a few times but I doubted that I typed something that made sense.
Also, I dont have the energy to open a book and if I do it is so difficult to understand what I am reading.

Flurry, it is time to go to bed already. It's around 22 pm and I must take the train of 8 am to get in time (before 10 am) at the hospital for an other blood transfusions. Those last ones are following each other into (right word) 1,5 week. Maybe this one was not necessary (i dont think so!) but I had no other choice than to have one now. At friday we'll leave by car to Italy for a week. We all need a break. I think I really need a week off from normal life. Let's hope it helps.

p.s there was no place in the common room, so I will have tx at the oncology floor. Advantage: I got a real bed!!! :smiley
p.s. I will try my best to get the results of the tests which were done at monday. I wont stop begging for them, because I am so curious about ferritin and a lil concern about hgb. I still dont have any idea why that keeps dropping so hard. for example: monday5.6 ml/l woe 5.3 ml/l friday only blood transfusion. And that only a week since the last tx!

You have probably heard about my country? The driver who killed 6 people during Queensday in Apeldoorn? Apeldoorn is my town so we were worried. We did saw it live on tv, because my father was moving from bbc world to bvn. Then we heard him yeling that there was a car.... Anyway, we enter Apeldoorn around 11:45 am and the city was looking terrrible quiet . I live on a little square and it's not a regular road, but I think the rest of the city is still very quiet. Now I must work further on my pc. There are waiting totally 494 emails and around 350 are new! Do you know www.carepages.com ? I am searching for a blood disease and you come on a wrong page and then you can not stop following that story. They really break your heart I must say. I have found one with thal., but no page, and one with sc but rarely updates. At wednesday college will begin again, and it is gonna be really busy 'cause i am a bit behind the schedules. So remember, no news from me, is good news :)
