Title: Fresh Home Made Salsa
Post by: Moik on July 11, 2009, 02:42:59 AM
This seems to be like miracle food for me..

Made some salsa with
3 cloves of garlic
2 Roma Tomatos
Cliantro
White Onion
Serrano Peppers
Jalapeno Peppers
A flake of the hottest pepper in the world ( Naga Jolokia ) for heat

Salt and Pepper to taste

My energy and mood has improved quite a bit after eating a bit for 3 days straight

Cilantro and Garlic have powerful antioxidents to fight free radicals
and eating peppers with capsaisin (what makes peppers hot) is a great de-inflammatory and the heat releases endorphins in your brain that improve mood and relieve pain (after you deal with the hot)

Starting to get alot of energy back

Just thought I would share this!  You may give it a try!

For me it is the spicy part which I enjoy most. Sounds delicious.
