 :welcome2 !!.. its nice to have you here on the forum , please start posting messages , dont hesitate to ask wat you want to know , and also dont hesitate to share  wat you wana share with us ... please stay in-touch with us ... and share your experience abt Thalassemia with us or ask wat you want to know about .. i hope you will find this forum realy helpful and encouraging , and you will find answer of all your concerns and questios , its your own forum,  so start posting .. here is a link below , which is all about " How to post new and reply to topics.
