im very very very  happy  :cheer :cheer :cheer Khadeeja HB is 8.2 with good growth without transfusion 

Hope we can keep it like this

 Thanks Manal ,

actually i started Carao in June till September but the HB mantained 7.4 and then i stopped it for the month October & November her HB increased to 8.2 ,so i stopped the carao but may be will give it another try ,i cant proof if this increase  or mantained HB was from the carao or not but anyways thanks god it increased .
on another note im concentrating on Red Graps products & Dairy products & all fruits that include berry as Strawberry / blackberry  may be it helped

what do you think , should we try carao again?

Afaf,

Concerning my personal expierence with carao, it didn't reflect on the Hb but i "feel" that it does affect the immunity in a positive way. I also observe that it increases the energy. I would continue on and at the end we must remember that it is a fruit..... i.e food

As for the red grapes, it has resveratrol in its skin which is known to increase the fetal H is some patients (this is what Professor Gambari was talking about in the Egyptian conference if you remember)

The other fruits you have mentioned are very strong antioxidants which are important to the body, but make sure to give them between meals.
