There is absolutely no information about the actual nutritional content of this product in the product description. It does contain an impressive array of fruit and vegetable extracts, but the quantities in the product are fairly small, so I have to question its true value, especially at the price. I think you can easily find much cheaper and stronger sources of antioxidants than this supplement.

Hi Afaf,

You can try Greens plus (Canadian product). It has a lot of vegetables and fruits in addition to wheat grass and resveratrol. It is a good food supplement with no iron.

It is the same too, you put one scoop in juice or water.

I will find you the link to it, but please beare with me cause i am not online often as all in my house are feverish now :wah

You can see the nutritional facts for Greens + at http://www.vitacost.com/Greens-Plus-Greens-The-Original-Superfood#IngredientFacts

I cannot find any nutritional breakdown for progressive phyto berry. I would always advise to not use a product that does not fully disclose the nutritional facts for the product.
