I received this natural recipe that helps in reducing the glucose level in blood
1-Wash green olive leaves, quantity that fills the palms of your two hands
2- Boil the leaves in one and half liters of water
3- Leave the mixture to boil for 3 minutes and then let it cool
4- Pour the solution (without the olive leaves) in a glass bottle (not plastic) and put in the fridge
5- Before each main meal, drink a glass of this solution
When you try this remedy, you should be checking your blood glucose daily to compare it with your levels before using the remedy.
It is said that this remedy could eliminate usage of insulin in some people
If the leaf tastes bitter, this means it is a good leaf
Olive leaves extract are antiviral, antibacterial, antioxidant and used to treat malaria in the old times

hi guys,
my daughter was diagnosed with type-1 diabetes recently and before more of her islet cells die i decided to do something to at least protect what is left.I want to let you know that most doctors don't care about you.the only thing they know is insulin.when you try to ask them any question about it and some details ,they don't really give you an answer probably they don't know or don't want to tell.I believe if the patient is a doctor's son/daughter then these doctors will do more work than you (the strnge patient).i could say that my daughter is still in its honey moon period and recently when she was on insulin, her glucose was up and down.it could reach 20 mmol or more and sometimes it is down to 2.so 3 days ago after a sample of some olive leaves were brought from home and prepared according to some recipe i received from a friend of mine whose uncle used it long time ago which is the same as Manal 's recipe. However,i used this recipe while i was using the insulin because i was really worried at first.after 3 days i decided that she stops the insulin and check the glucose level.Fortunately, the first day is fine so far ;the level is 8.1mmol.it is very promising.tomorrow i will let you know and i don't know if i see results, will i continue using the recipe or that is a one time only?if i see results i advise everybody to follow this in its early stage as possible before more damage is done.the leaves extract could some how stop the liver from inducing the glucose i am not sure.untill tomorrow wait for the updates
