Vitamin E complex. Mixed tocopherols. 400 IU daily.
Calcium/magnesium 1000 mg/500 mg if any heart palpitations or if bone strength is an issue.
Vitamin C. 500-1000 mg daily. If bruises show much, you're deficient. Excellent antioxidant.

Andy, what would you say about the fat soluble Vitamin K?  It is much better for bruising issues and the needed animal form is very deficient in our food K2 MK4.  Also, it is very needed in combination with vitamin D3 as the increased utilization of calcium needs to be guided to the appropriate places (bones, teeth, etc) by vitamin K2 MK4.
