Title: Post Exercise

Dont know if its just me...but after exercising when im in the cool down faze is when i feel the worst...during its not so bad... But after in terms of dizzyness and breathing

Ive had plenty of fluids and sodium i would think


It doesnt last to aweful long 10-15 mins


In the past had my heart looked at..so dont think its that

what say you?

Maybe you can try eating more carbohydrates before exercising?
Also thalassemia can cause low ATP. So creatine could help.
Finally you could check your blood pressure while you are coolling down. Maybe the change from intense exercise to cooling down can affect your blood pressure.

I was mowing my swamp of a backyard when it was pretty hot out


usually I try to walk the dogs..dont feel to bad after that

usually takes a little over an hour to mow it

today was just expecially bad..probably am doing to much to soon

I would think that you got dehydrated, but it could be a million things.

My best advice is to start some training, it will help on so many levels and might help you through the cooldown faze without any pains.

Nothing to loose :)

Yeah I think sometimes I stop what im doing to abruptly and need more of an actual cool down period perhaps

i m suffered with thalassemia major butt my weight is to high my height is 147cm and my weight is 60 .

i have treadmill butt i was walk on that machine then my joints become pain .
cane you tell me some good exercises

You could try cycling if available or swimining.

The stronger your body gets by training, the less pain you suffer from.

I would suggest the same things..

Swimming would be easier on joints

Depending on if there is a lot of hills around biking would be easier than treadmill

If you go cycling, which is very good for your joints, put your bike in the lowest gear.

I m feeling weakness with swimming  when I take feriprox butt I was stop feriprox for 3 days I m feeling good . cane you tell me friends what happen is this .
