Title: go for a trip

Helo every1
i transfuse blood at every 10 to 14 days and normaly my hb is 8 to 9
but few weeks before i went for a trip to "muree" that was cold ,calm , full of oxygen,trees and mountains i spent 20 there and everyday i spend there was full of exercise and climbing and when i came back to my city and went for transfusion my hb was 8 .I wana know is this normal

When we travel to the north near the sea where there is less pollution and a lot of fresh air, i find the skin colour of my son much better and other people have the same comment.

Definetly there is something, maybe  has to do with the percentage of oxygen in the air, i really don't know.

Was the place you went too above sea level??? Generally the hb inceases in high altitudes and it tends to decrease in a span of 15 days when you go back to normal altitudes

Hb rises at high altitudes, as the body's way of compensating for less oxygen in the air. There will be a noticeable change after about 3 weeks.

Murree's altitude is 7500 feet above sea level.
