Hello Ankita,

Did u get a desferal pump?.....in case not, or it's too expensive, i might be able to help you with a pump.
The only thing is that i'm from Romania, but that shouldn't be a problem!

I  tried  every  where  in   Karachi  to   purchase   Medis  pump  but  not  available  in  Pakistan,and   the  same  thing  with  thumbtack  style  needle.

Company at above address that Zaini gave is Hospital Supply Corporation (HSC)

There is also another display office of HSC near Shara-Quaideen in bunglows opposite McDonalds. PM me If anyone needs help in directions.
