Title: Thal minor and bleedind

I want to ask if there is a relationship between thal minor and heavy menstrual flow. Whether thalassemia cause more bleeding.

Heavy bleeding can cause anemia but anemia should not cause bleeding.

 Hi,
I am B Thal minor and yes I have always had heavy menstrual bleeding. The doctors say the lower your Hb is the more you bleed   :whew
That's just how it is...
