How long have you had this fever? Do you also have hepatitis?

Have you ever tried the spice, Nigella as a therapy for hepatitis? It is a commonly used spice in Asia. Take one half teaspoon lightly toasted in a frying pan, Nigella seed mixed with honey daily. Your fever isn't so high, but it shouldn't linger. Nigella may help with this.

You can do it that way. I'd suggest putting the seeds in a small dry frying pan and heat them until you hear a little popping noise. Cool them and then swallow them. The quick cooking makes the seed hull crack a bit making it easier to digest the insides of the seed.
