Hi all
I am a Thal minor and have learnt so much about our troublesome Thal trait in this website. I have got very helpful advice about supplements here, and many of you recommend daily instake of vitamin B complex 100. But I have trouble finding the right vitamin B suppliment from the phamacies ??? So I have to put up this silly queston - what is vitamin B complex 100? Does it mean one tablet of supplement contains different type of vit B supplements (e.g. B12, B1, B2 etc.) totally 100 mg? I live in Australia so dont know if the terms here are different to most of you in US. Please help! Thank!

See this link for an example of a B Complex 100. This is a very common supplement made by many vitamin companies.
