Title: What are the causes of burning sensation of hand-palms and soles? Is thalassemia one of them?

I am e beta thal(intermedia). Burning sensation of soles and palms is my chronic problem. I dont understand what causes it. Is  it due to thal? If any frnd know it plz share it. Thank u.
