Hi,

Any Thal minor tried centrum? information can be found here

can find out abt the vitamine by clicking the product label..
I find it have all the vitamine except there is iron which is not gd for some thal..


May I have some advise on multi vit?

I tried berroca but it's not effective (level up ur energy level) after a few days compare when I just took it..

Uhm hello maam katherin.. i too bought berocca coz I thought i needed the effect it would give but i dont know if you've checked the paper inside the box in berocca it says it's contraindicated to us Thalassemia patients- i was overly bummed when i read it coz it took me a whole weeks allowance just to buy it and  i havent opened the bottle since so, yeah :)

if you took it how'd you feel are there any considerable effects you felt?
