Hello,
Recently i anlaysed my LVEF in 2D Echo Cardiography before and after starting Desirox/Asunra.
14/04/2006-58 % (On Desferal alone)
29/12/2007-more than 60 % (On Desferal alone) then i started Desirox and then Asunra from May 2008.
04/05/2012-62 %
So, it reach to 62% from 60% in four years, in this four years i was taking Desirox/Asunra, However my heart has severe iron overload.
So we can say that it has positive effect on heart function and it raised the LVEF.

Aye Dharmesh, not sure what is LVEF? Liver function just like heart function's MRI?
-
Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) is the measurement of how much blood is being pumped out of the left ventricle of the heart (the main pumping chamber) with each contraction.

Echocardiogram or ultrasound of the heart.
