Title: Side Effect of eating Beef /Foods high in Iron
Post by: sighvang on September 04, 2012, 07:33:31 PM
I'm sure some of you often times crave beef. And for those times that you do eat it, do ever get any kind of muscular/joint pain (or any kind) from eating this?

My husband does stay away from beef and foods high in iron, but once an a while he craves it. He recently ate it and was having pain in his muscles. This has been happening this whole year. Can anyone else relate?

Thanks so much and any help would be appreciated. God Bless

It may be an effect of the uric acid contained in red meat.

Moreover, while I was researching about lmyph glands getting swollen, I found that red meat has too many side effects and many people tells not to eat it as it may get you toxic.
