I've started taking Selenium supplements since around 8-10 days. Selenium has been known as antioxidant and also aids in removing toxic substances or detoxifying body from substances like led, mercury, etc.

So I thought it may aid as well in removing or binding excess iron and could be useful for thal majors.

Anyone has used selenium so far?

What are your views on it? Especially, Andy?
