Looking at some of the
explanations thalassemia minor patients above, they say
that they are sleepy all the time.
Is it possible symptoms of
thalassemia minor until that bad?
Maybe if they anemia was not
impossible. But what if
circumstances normal hb and hct(not anemic),
whether they can have
symptoms like that? Is there any
relation between normal hb and hct with symptom
sleepy all the time? Thank's.

Of course, it would be best if the Hb level was verified as normal, as it is unlikely that the tiredness is related to thal if the Hb is normal, but I would suggest a hemoglobin electrophoresis test to measure the level of HbF. HbF does not release oxygen as readily as HbA and a high level of HbF might lead to less than optimal oxygen delivery throughout the body.
