Post by: joanne on May 09, 2013, 10:25:06 PM
Hi I just bought a new multi vitamin from New Chapter and I am a little unsure if the Ingredients  is safe especially for thal
I am especially concerned about Selenium (Sodium selenate) I think Ive read its toxic so Im not sure
Can someone help me with the ingredient list if they see something that looks unsafe.

Selenium is an essential mineral and on the list recommended in the SOC Guidelines. It's a good multi, Joanne. It's nice that it does include some of the trace minerals.
