Title: What is the right transfusion volume?

Dear friends,

My daughter is Thal Intermedia and she is transfused regularely (5 weeks scedule)
 
We keep discussing with doctor the right volume of blood to transfuse.
I seem to remember that there is a guideline showing the right volum per kg depending on pre transfusion hb. Do any of you have this and can share it with me?
