Title: quantity of wheatgrass

I bought wheatgrass tablets 500mg. I just want to know how much am I supposed to give to her. She is 2 yrs 4months and weights 12 to 12.5 kg

I would start with one per day and raise it to two once she's used to taking the tabs.
