I need you to advice us please what we should do to get non thal major baby ...
it can be solved only by injection while the pregnancy stage ? amniocentesis test ... ? or the VIF is the best solution ? is there any other solution ??...

The only way to guarantee that the child won't be thal major when both parents carry beta thalassemia would be to use PGD and IVF.

I think you are very lucky and blessed to know that you are both carriers before you go for a baby. As you can imagine there is alot of heartbreak if you find out too late.
Now all you have to do to have a healthy child is go through ivf with pgd. Since 75% of embryos are expected to be healthy ( 50% thal carriers and 25% no thal trait) your chances of finding a healthy one is very good if you have preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) done.
PGD is now available in many places.Find out where it is near you. Best of luck.

The alternative is to take your chances, but I do not suggest that. IVF/PGD is the only way that can guarantee that you won't have a thal major child. Adoption is also an alternative.
