Title: Anti-allergic and hydroxyurea

Hi everyone
I think alyshah is coming down with chest congestion. She is sneezing a lot. Can I give her  anti-allergic while being on HU. She doesn't have any fever. I am trying to contact her doctor and he is not replying. Plz advise. Thank you

There are no studies on the interaction of HU with other drugs. I doubt there is any problem taking allergy meds with it. They affect different things in the body and there would seem no reason for any interaction. There are no warnings against taking common meds with HU.
