Yes, supplements are key to well being for thals and that fact cannot be neglected. Even every non-thal should take them.

Hi myssdexter,

I'm glad to hear you are starting to feel better. Because you are pregnant, you should be taking 2-5 mg folic acid daily. I also highly recommend a vitamin D test as many of your health issues may be related to D deficiency. You want a level of at least 30-35.
