my daughter4yearold her weight is14kg she eat in morning TabDesirox 500mg and one cap kelfer500mg in evining her ferritin is2900 with this medisine  ido vitamin Bcomplex syrup and for calcium shalcal syrup Thanks

For how long has she been taking this dose of chelators?

she is taking from one week dose of chelators please tellme what can she take vitamin B complex syrup please advise me

She can take B vitamins and most supplements as long as they don't contain iron.

I suggest both, as B vitamins are easily depleted.
