Check the hardness of the water you use. No smoke/alcohol etc.
I use the normal diet like any one else and avoid non-veg.

Here is a good url shared by Sharmin.

Let me share with you my part:
how do i keep up?
Once i wake up , i drink more than a litre of water , once pressurized finish up the bathroom stuff.
Then go for a bit of jogging and workout. This keeps me up for a pressurized work environment of 14 hours at a stretch.
If i do not workout , I can not continue for 14 hours of work and get tired easily.
Eat a bit heavy breakfast , lunch lighter than breakfast and dinner as per the availability.
When i feel that I am getting weaker, i just boil all vegetables (papaya, spinach, tomato, potato, cauliflower, beetroot etc etc) and eat the dish with rice. I often add lemon juice to rice. I drink glucose in rush hours.
Whenever I get tired, the best way to get me back in shape and pace is a power nap (30 minutes to 2 hours).
When I was of 6 years , alprovit was a supplement for me. But the above mentioned took care of that and now no drugs at all.
Thanks,
Eki
