Title: Is Inositol the same as IP6?
Post by: testsubject on May 07, 2014, 06:43:00 PM
So recently I've been looking for a way to find myself some IP6. I understand what it's called is Inositol Hexaphosphate. However, I found a pharmacy nearby that offers this http://www.vitacost.com/natures-way-inositol Is it the same thing? It's 100 capsules of 500 mg. How many and how often should a 15-year-old take? Thank you in advance.

No, but IP6 does work better when taken with inositol. I believe the first one on that page has that combination.
