I also searched about wheatgrass dose on the forum but could only find dosage information for children.
I am taking Pine's wheatgrass 7 tabs (500mg each) every day. Is that dose enough for adult thal patient with active large spleen attempting to stabilize Hb?

Dharmesh,
What's the basis in increasing the dose and did you experience significant change? I understand that its benefits may take a bit long to appear.

Hi Neha ji,
It is regarding Pines herb as you asked.
This is Wheat grass product of a malasian company and Pines is USA brand.
The same quality wheat grass products are available in India.
So, any brand whether US or Indian suitable to a person can be used.
In general, Wheatgrass is good for thalassemics.
hope it help
