I am Thal Minor, Male 52 year old Avid (OCD Avid) Cyclist the endurance type. Not the best choice....
Having read the posts talked with a few people on here, (Andy mainly) got some great info and am putting it into place to see if I can get better, improve, faster whatever you want to call it.
Any input suggestions would be much appreciated, and hopefully this will help others.

L-methylfolate is the preferred form to take.
What helped me ride a bike long distance is what I call power breathing. I use deep powerful inhales, basically sucking air in with the diaphragm and then blowing it out powerfully. I could never ride distance without it. I can't run 400 feet without my asthma being an issue, but with power breathing, I can ride long distance.

Life Extension, Solgar and Jarrow all make quality products. The Life Extension product shown is a good dose. Seems like a good deal.

in Yoga it is called BHASTRICA PRANAYAM, other pranayamas are also much beneficial in such cases.
