how many of you have tried Yoga to improve the general condition of thals?
what results you have got?

Patients who do yoga do find good benefits from it. I think learning good breathing techniques can help thal patients optimize their oxygen supply.

in yoga specially PRANAYAMAS (breathing techniques ) help thals
to optimise their oxygen supply,
helps to good blood circulation,
helps the detoxification process,
and ASANAS(specific postures) helps the organs like- liver, spleen, heart , pancreas, kidneys etc. to remain healthy.
please promote thals to practice it , it is much beneficial, if any problem you can ask me.

as soon as they can understan what we are saying,
children can start few steps of yoga even at the age of 3yr.

children copies what elders do, then they follows ,
so it will b benificial if parents or grand parents practices yoga in front of children.
breathing techniques are easy to learn and practice, and are safe/harmless.

This post is a years old. But shouldnt stop me from sharing, no?/ :biggrin
I've been doing yoga for 3 years now, and could say it give MAJOR ADVANTAGES. Mainly;
- huge improvements on posture
- yoga is good, if you arent able to perform rigurous excercises.
- good for blood circulation (esp. period cramps for us ladies *winks*)

Hope I can enroll my son in such activity
