Title: Breathlessness in certain environments?!

Today I started work again after a 3 month break. Within 1h of being in the office I felt I couldn't take deep breaths and was a little short of breath. I remembered a year ago when I first started working in the office the feeling was the same. At that time I just thought it was nerves! And didn't know why I was so nervous!!!! Today I thought could it be oxygen levels or something else that's affecting me since I am Thal minor?

Any ideas?
