Hello Andy,

Please advice me about pigeon meat and animal like cow,goat brain.Are they all high iron food?Is it safe for Thal patients?

Brains and other organs are high in iron and not recommended for transfusing patients. The meat from birds is not so high in iron and is more acceptable.
