Hi,
When I first started taking L1 I had all these symptoms. For the heartburn, I was taking an antacid after meals and that seemed to help. Unfortunately, theres not much you can do for the other symptoms except wait. Let me assure you that the side effects will go away after 6 months or so (sometimes longer in some patients, sometimes shorter). In my oppinion, it's also a case of mind over matter, so try not to think of it as a negative thing and try not to let it affect your life. Then things just become routine and before you know it, you have no more side effects.
hope that helps
Wax.
