Post by: MICHI on May 23, 2016, 04:28:33 PM
Hello everyone,

I am interested in researching on thalassemia and its cure and for this I plan to study further. I have came up with a solution but it needs to be worked upon.

I am from India and wish to pursue my higher education (MS) from Europe or North America where facilities in this subject is better.

I am not sure about health insurance, coverage, thalassemia centres and assistance around the world, so I request all of you to please inform me.

Kindly tell.

Regards,
Michi

Michi,
I am not sure about Europe. But in US, you can get student insurance and with the obama care, insurance request cannot be denied due to pre-existing condition. You should also get in touch with Cooleys Anemia Foundation to get some additional information.
