Title: Iron panel tests for Thal Major

Hi,

What is the value of Iron Panel tests like, S.Iron, TIBC, S.Iron saturation or other, if any.

Does thal major need to monitor these tests in addition to S.Ferritin and T2* MRI?

No, majors don't need to have iron panels done. Iron panels are used to help diagnose deficiency and are not need for the iron load, where the MRI scores are the only true test.
