Your Hb is not an issue unless it drops below 8. What you are seeing is perfectly normal for thal minors during pregnancy. You should be taking L-methylfolate to help increase your Hb. Wheatgrass tablets can also help.

Natural vitamin E is very important during thal minor pregnancies to help prevent clotting problems between the uterus and placenta. Vitamin B-12 is useful for thals all of the time, and even more during pregnancy. If you need iron during the pregnancy, Zepiron is safe.

If your Hb drops that low in pregnancy, it is almost certain that you need iron.

Natural vitamin E is always safe to take, unless one is taking a blood thinning drug. Vitamin E is essential for thal minors during pregnancy.
