Title: Im so scared!

I just felt a regurgitation in my heart. Been having chest pains, palpitations, dizziness, headaches and now this. Thing is I also just recently did an X-ray, ECG, and Echocardiogram and all came out fine. Im so confused. I am going to go and get an MRI done now but im so scarred. Could this be what Im thinking ie AF, Mitrial Valve defect or Congestive Heart failure? I csnt sleep on my left now as it makes breathing difficult. Im so so so scared and worried. Cant sleep.  :(

Do you have thalassemia major or intermedia?
