Title: Wheatgrass vs Wheatgrass (Brands are not alike)
Post by: dq on November 25, 2017, 02:58:18 PM
Hello Andy,

I wanted to ask a little question on wheatgrass and on branding. There seems to be a quite a composition difference between these two products both of which are organic wheatgrass;

https://naturya.com/products/wheatgrass-powder
and;
https://bioglansuperfoods.co.uk/product/wheatgrass/
-----
For example the product by Naturya contains amongst other things Copper, Zinc, Vitamin E
whereas the product by Bioglan contains Magnesium, Vitamin A, Omega 3.

p.s. Clicking on the more information section on both links will show all the differences.
-----

From what I understand about thalassaemia the vitamins and minerals in both products are essential and I am not sure which product to remain loyal to?
Price aside, which product do you recommend I continue using and why?

Thanks Andy.

Both products are 100% organic wheatgrass with no additives. What you are referring to is the nutritional content of wheatgrass. These are not added ingredients.

Thanks for your response buddy.

Excuse my ignorance mate, isn't the nutritional content what matters in order to gain the benefits of wheatgrass or am I understanding this all wrong..?

Cheers pal.

Yes, this is the nutritional content of the wheatgrass. It's not added nutrients. It's 100% wheatgrass.
